• The Caspian Sea Monster (KM) was a powerful war machine built by the soviet union.
• It was an experimental ground effect vehicle developed by the Central Hydrofoil Design Bureau.
• It flies so low in the water it was impossible to track by enemy radar. It was able to do surprise attacks on enemies with its 6 mosquito missiles.
• It was so powerful it could reach the target in 400 kmph which was a lot at its time. It had a top speed of 500 kmph.
• The first flight was on October 16th, 1966. It was introduced in 1964.
• The Caspian sea monster was damaged by an accident and sank in the Caspian sea in 1980.
• It was the heaviest and the most powerful war machine in the world from 1966 to 1980. it weighed 544 tons (240000 kg).
• It was recently found on the shore of the Caspian sea.
